Administrative/financial assistant

INCF is looking for a highly organized and service minded administrative/financial assistant

The International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF) aims to develop a global neuroinformatics infrastructure and to promote the sharing of data and computing resources to the international neuroscience research community.

The INCF Secretariat, located at Karolinska Institutet campus in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for a person to assist the Executive Director and Head of Administration with administrative and financial tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, bookkeeping and purchasing.

The candidate should be highly organized and service minded with excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish. Interpersonal skills are essential and we emphasize the person’s ability for contributing to a nice work environment. The position may include some travelling. 

Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English
University degree in business economics or equivalent education or experience
Documented experience from administrative/secretarial work
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Proactive and service minded work attitude
Documented knowledge or experience in bookkeeping and purchasing
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of Google calendar, Skype, TripIt, Doodle and other similar web applications for office use
Previous experience from KI-systems such as Agresso and Primula is an advantage.
Knowledge of recent versions of FileMaker and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Employment
The position is initially a 1-year contract with possible prolongation for the right candidate. Competitive salary, set according to the qualifications and experiences of the successful candidate.
